Alleged Murderer Made Shocking Joke on “Family Feud”

Last week, a guy from Illinois made an appearance in court on murder charges against his ex-wife. If he killed his wife, it would be terrible, but did he exhibit any red flags three years prior? In 2019, Timothy Bliefnick made a quip during his appearance on Family Feud that, although amusing at the time, now appears more like a foreshadowing of things to come.

One of Rebecca Bliefnick’s relatives became concerned on February 23 because they noticed the mother of three hadn’t picked up the kids from school. They discovered a horrible finding when they walked around to Bliefnick’s home: the 41-year-old Quincy, Illinois, resident had been shot to death. Her estranged spouse was detained and accused of first-degree murder and home invasion three weeks later.

Since then, a few individuals have brought up Timothy Bliefnick’s participation on Family Feud. The alleged murderer appeared on a popular game show episode that was taped in 2019 and aired in the spring of 2020 along with his parents, siblings, and other family members.

During the program, Bliefnick was questioned by host Steve Harvey about his worst wedding misstep. “Honey, I love you, but,’said I do,'” Bliefnick said, drawing amusement from the audience as well as some startled gasps. Others are now speculating as to whether it alluded to a bitterness that would later motivate him to kill.

The defense lawyer for Bliefnick is working to disprove that rumor. She has informed the media that he is not a killer and that his silly response to a silly question had nothing to do with the couple’s breakup. Despite the fact that his wife had a restraining order against him before she passed away, she claims that he is innocent.

He is now being detained for his second hearing and has not yet entered a plea. Bliefnick remarked after cracking his joke on Family Feud, “I’m going to get in trouble for that, aren’t I? ”
