A lady who lost her two daughters to fentanyl overdoses in 2020 was mentioned by President Biden, and he was chastised for laughing as he spoke about the mother.
While describing the circumstance at the House Democratic Caucus Issues Conference on Wednesday night in Baltimore, Biden chuckled.
During a House hearing on the southern border problem, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., accused the government of failing to stop the importation of illegal drugs into the country.
Her remarks were in response to Rebecca Kiessling’s statement, whose two boys passed away on July 29, 2020, as a result of fentanyl intoxication. The two took pills that they believed to be Percocet but were actually fentanyl.
During the hearing on Tuesday, Greene remarked, “This government has failed you, and it’s failing American families, and it’s failing, most of all, it’s failing our children and our young people.”
Greene also tweeted, “Listen to this mother, who lost two children to fentanyl poisoning, tell the truth about both of her son’s murders because of the Biden administration’s refusal to secure our border and stop the Cartel’s from murdering Americans everyday by Chinese fentanyl.”
Biden laughed as he talked about Greene’s remarks and the death of Kiessling’s sons.
“I should digress, probably, I’ve read, she, she was very specific recently, saying that a mom, a poor mother who lost two kids to fentanyl, that, that I killed her sons. Well, the interesting thing is that fentanyl they took came during the last administration.”

Kiessling claims that a dosage of Narcan, a drug that can reverse overdoses, saved the “dealer” of her sons.
Lorenzo Brabo received an eight to fifteen year prison sentence in 2021 for providing the youngsters with the fentanyl that caused their deaths.
