Car Plows Into Vehicle In Biden Motorcade Near Delaware Campaign Headquarters

President Biden was riding in a motorcade when an SUV parked outside his campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware was struck by a car on Sunday night.

As a visibly shocked President Biden made his way from the campaign headquarters to his waiting armored SUV, his sedan collided with a U.S. Secret Service vehicle that was used to block off intersections.

Secret Service agents encircled the car, guns drawn, and told the driver to raise his hands as the sedan attempted to go into a restricted crossroads.

The White House pool report states that President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden had recently finished eating with members of his re-election campaign when the incident occurred.

Biden was quickly returned to their home after being led into his waiting vehicle, where his wife was already sitting. No one was hurt, including the president and first lady.
