It’s no secret that ex-president Donald Trump and affiliated super-PACs have sizable mailing lists they employ to raise money for a variety of causes, including his presidential campaign and funds to fight back against the countless witch hunts launched against him, his family, and the Trump Organization.
Unsettling new information suggests that a CBS affiliate has opened a probe into how it handled a Trump email.
In a shocking piece published on January 4 by the Daily Caller, it was claimed that Missouri-based KRCG-CBS 13 responded harshly to an email from MAGA Inc., the primary super PAC backing the former president’s candidacy for a second term in 2024.

In response to a large “In case you missed it” email from the super-PAC supporting a recent opinion article touting Trump’s capacity to restore and revive the American Dream, an unidentified individual from KRCG forwarded the message.
Several derogatory terms, including “criminal,” “traitorous,” and in one instance, “idiot candidate,” are used to describe President Trump in the correspondence.”Stop sending… these pathetic emails,” tthe message pleaded, adding that perhaps Trump’s time would be better spent getting ready to go to jail.“Prepare for a long stay! ” it read.
Vice President and general manager of the CBS-affiliated station Beth Worsham promised to look into the issue. She said, “This is not a reflection of our journalistic standards.” Moreover, she warned that the offending party will face disciplinary action pending the outcome of the news agency’s probe.
