FBI and White House Slammed By Judge – Censorship Plan Stopped!

In a historic lawsuit on the subject, a federal court on Wednesday scolded the FBI and the Biden administration.

In a case filed by Missouri Attorney General (and soon-to-be senator) Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, the judge has ruled that the FBI cannot protect special agent Elvis Chan from being deposed.

An investigation into potential coordination between the FBI, the DoJ, and other agencies with social media corporations to block information unfavorable to the White House is being conducted by officials in Louisiana and Missouri who have filed a complaint against the Biden administration.

Attorneys for the White House made an effort to stop some of the depositions from occurring, including Elvis Chan’s FBI special agent deposition. It had been revealed that Agent Chan had collaborated with Meta directly to take down specific news articles on Facebook. The depositions, however, were allowed to proceed after US District Judge Terry Doughty of the US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana rejected the motion. It goes without saying that this week in the White House there are probably a few extremely anxious individuals chewing their fingernails.

Prior to the 2020 election, Meta was at the core of censoring the Hunter Biden story, perhaps affecting the result. On Joe Rogan’s podcast, its founder, Mark Zuckerberg, unintentionally acknowledged that the FBI had approached them with more than a wink and push, implying that the story was genuinely Russian misinformation. Even worse, considering that they had the hard drive for more than a year, the FBI was in the position to know that the laptop tale was accurate.

Chan isn’t the only defendant in the lawsuit, though. Additionally targeted are those who work for the NIH, the CDC, and other governmental organizations. That’s because they have undoubtedly partnered with social media firms for years to promote the administration’s preferred storylines. One of the more prominent examples, though far from the only one, has been the suppression of the COVID-19 lab leak theory.
