Former Vice President Mike Pence has been subpoenaed by Jack Smith, the special investigator who is looking into the alleged confidential materials in former President Trump’s possession.
The FBI earlier stated that it will investigate the ex-residence VP’s for any classified materials linked to the investigation.
It is unclear what information Smith seeks to obtain from Pence; but, political observers and lefty media sites feel that this action signals that President Trump may be indicted.
.@glennkirschner2 .@CheriJacobus .@BadBradRSR .@JudyPete Does the subpoena of Mike Pence signal that Jack Smith has already dotted the i's and is ready to cross the t's and recommend Trump for indictment? We all want Jack Smith to be the lighthouse bringing in the Justice ships. pic.twitter.com/Nf9xOHrTZk

The left communist community views Jack Smith similarly to how many on the conservative side perceive Special Counsel John Durham.
Mike Pence told his daughter it doesn’t take courage to break the law, it takes courage to uphold the law. Now he has a date with Jack Smith so he better get ready to put his money where his mouth is.

Mike Pence will no longer be able to protect Donald Trump- especially if he's given immunity
And after 2 long years

Just The News writes:
Smith’s investigation has kept a relatively low profile compared to the previous special counsel investigation into Trump, that of Robert Mueller.
Smith did make headlines in early December last year after sending a bevy of subpoenas to election officials in battleground states seeking communications between them and the Trump team.
