Since the crash in 1947 at Roswell, New Mexico, one Republican lawmaker has been searching for the truth about UFOs and thinks the government has been covering it up ever since.
Republican Congressman Tim Burchett, a member of the House committee looking into UFOs, stated in an interview with Newsweek in March that he thinks the government may have retrieved the extraterrestrial craft as well as alien “beings.”
The Tennessee congressman said in an interview with Newsweek that it’s feasible that the recovered alien technology may already be “reverse-engineered right now.”
Burchett stated that the government had recovered multiple UFOs over the years but has been reticent to make the information public in a March appearance on Newsmax. The Navy and Air Force pilots with whom he has spoken have seen the craft, he continued, but they are not allowed to speak before Congress.
Burchett asserted last week that the government has been hiding UFOs since the 1940s during an interview on NewsNation. The senator expressed his lack of confidence in the government and that it was conceited of it to believe that the American people couldn’t handle the truth.
Burchett told the Daily Wire over the weekend that he wants to speak with anybody who can “provide some proof” regarding UFO sightings and the information held by the government so Congress can “disclose” “some new facts.” He swore to inform the American people of a “cover-up” and the fact that the government has not been “forthcoming” in disclosing the facts.
The Debrief earlier this month revealed that former intelligence official David Charles Grusch had divulged top-secret information to the Inspector General for the Intel Community and Congress about covert operations using recovered alien craft that were both fully and partially intact.
The material, according to Grusch, is being hidden from Congress, and he has experienced unlawful reprisal as a result of his disclosures.
