According to Fox News, another former CNN employee is being investigated for alarming claims involving potential underage victims.

This news comes after Project Veritas released a story on December 15th detailing Saleeby’s alleged sexual desires and solicitation of images of young females via text messages and FaceTime chats.

A criminal investigation into severe claims involving possible young victims has begun, according to the local police department.

A statement from police read: “While we will eventually be transparent about our findings, safeguarding the personal privacy and safety of victims and witnesses as well as maintaining the integrity of our criminal investigation are of paramount importance.”

John Griffin, a former CNN producer, is also charged with federal sexual offences involving minors.

The inquiry against Saleeby looks to be linked to Project Veritas, a conservative guerrilla journalism organization. The Fairfax County Police Department acknowledged to Fox News Digital that it has been in conversation with Project Veritas as well as possibly affected victims as part of its investigation.

Police recovered “several things from the subject’s Virginia residence,” according to the spokesperson, who declined to elaborate.

Griffin was sacked after his arrest on allegations of soliciting kids for sex, while Saleeby resigned from CNN.

A CNN representative said earlier this month to Fox News: “The charges against Mr. Griffin are deeply disturbing. We learned of his arrest Friday afternoon and terminated his employment Monday.”

Griffin was charged by a grand jury in Vermont with three counts of attempting to entice minors to engage in unlawful sexual activity after allegedly abusing a 9-year-old girl and enticing other minors. He offered a woman $30,000 for a “mother daughter weekend with me,” and told investigators that he was shameful when he was placed under arrest.
